We recommend washing your extensions with a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always dry your extensions thoroughly with a hair dryer, especially at the root to prevent matting and extension damage. Do not use sunscreen on or close to your extensions to prevent them from turning green. Avoid chlorine pools. Avoid excessive heat without a heat protectant spray. Use a hair oil on your ends daily and sleep on a silk pillowcase for maximum protection and to extend the life of your extensions.

Yes, our extensions can be styled with heat tools. Always use a heat protectant spray and keep tools at a moderate temperature to maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions.

Due to the nature of hair extension products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if: the product is unopened and in its original packaging, the return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order, and the product has not been worn, used or altered in any way. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
